Sited at the top of the ridge along the southern border of the Caution Bay® hillscapes, the stepped apartment tower at Caution Heights® overlooks the golf course, the integrated resort and the landscapes flowing westward out to the bay. A stepped form was selected for this building to maximize the generous sea-facing terraces and to bring natural light deep into the apartment floor plate. The attentively designed open floor plans allow the interior and exterior living spaces to blend seamlessly together.
